Job Description

This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate’s degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher are not eligible.

Early Career Apprentice Program

Join our 12–24-month apprentice program to work in your field and train on the job. You will earn and learn, receive career guidance and mentorship, and attend school. Allstate provides tuition assistance and hands-on training in strategy and operations.
