About The Role

The HR Operations Analyst at CrowdStrike plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the HR Shared Services organization. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of optimizing processes, enhancing systems, and delivering exceptional service to support HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Workday and ServiceNow platforms, and a proactive approach toward automation, scalability, and accuracy in HR operations. Additionally, this role involves providing light oversight of the CJIS program, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across global time zones. The HR Operations Analyst serves as a critical link between HR Services, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT teams, facilitating seamless program delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services
  • At least 2 years of Workday platform experience
  • General knowledge of Workday HR functional areas and workflows
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation and knowledge management capabilities
  • Experience working with HR systems, workflows, and automation initiatives
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Effective cross-functional partnership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to undergo background and fingerprint checks as required

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between HR Services and HR Centers of Excellence, analyzing downstream impacts and supporting program execution
  • Develop and deliver self-serve resources and comprehensive training materials to ensure HR Services readiness for new programs
  • Maintain and update HR knowledge articles in ServiceNow, ensuring content accuracy and relevance
  • Analyze reporting dashboards and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with HR Services to identify automation opportunities, coordinating with relevant teams for implementation
  • Partner with HR Information Technology (HRIT) as a project manager for requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment of new system functionalities
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, supporting project delivery and system enhancements
  • Develop scalable solutions utilizing HR technology tools such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Participate in industry forums, webinars, and training to stay current on trends and best practices
  • Perform audit protocols to ensure data quality, compliance, and security, particularly related to CJIS data
  • Administer the CJIS Clearance Bonus program, including eligibility assessment and payment processing
  • Maintain and enhance CJIS dashboards in collaboration with HR Data and Analytics teams for accurate resource and spend tracking
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of the CJIS program health, gathering feedback from employees and managers to inform improvements
