About The Role
The HR Operations Analyst at CrowdStrike plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the HR Shared Services organization. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of optimizing processes, enhancing systems, and delivering exceptional service to support HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Workday and ServiceNow platforms, and a proactive approach toward automation, scalability, and accuracy in HR operations. Additionally, this role involves providing light oversight of the CJIS program, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across global time zones. The HR Operations Analyst serves as a critical link between HR Services, HR Centers of Excellence, and IT teams, facilitating seamless program delivery and continuous improvement.
