Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to work for one of our top global tech clients. This role supports the successful launch of new grocery merchants onto its platform and focuses on managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process to ensure a smooth activation experience.

Pay: $45‑$47/hr, depending on experience.

Location: Remote – US.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for regional grocery merchants, from initial setup through activation.
• Execute and manage all steps within the onboarding/launch tracker to ensure timely and successful go‑lives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants throughout onboarding and early lifecycle support.
• Partner with Local Express to coordinate integration efforts and maintain a strong working relationship.
• Lead and participate in recurring calls with Local Express to review onboarding progress, outstanding tasks, and blockers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (e.g., catalog, operations) to ensure accurate data and smooth onboarding execution.
• Monitor merchant progress post‑launch and support success during the first 30 days of activation.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay onboarding or impact merchant experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, customer success, onboarding, or account management.
• Proven experience in a client‑facing role managing external relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
