Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, management, or related field preferred.
• Some professional experience in administrative analysis, business operations, project coordination, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to leadership and corporate functions, including research, reporting, documentation, and coordination of organizational initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain operational, administrative, and organizational data to support informed decision‑making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, dashboards, and other management materials as required.
• Monitor administrative processes, workflows, and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational policies, procedures, and operating practices.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, meetings, initiatives, and administrative activities to ensure timely completion and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and administrative guidelines.
