StepStone Group seeks an Operations Associate to enhance client onboarding, investor reporting, and cross-team coordination. You will support private wealth and fund-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely communications with investors and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, accounting, business, or related field is preferred.
• 1–5 years of client service or private wealth operations experience.
• Experience with external and internal communications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients into funds and support reporting and redemptions.
• Prepare investor correspondence including quarterly reports, capital calls, distributions.
• Coordinate with fund vendors for investor access, reporting, and setup.
• Manage Operations team requests and cross-team inquiries.
• Support distribution, platform fees, and redemption offer execution.
