Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking an Analyst to support organizational effectiveness by delivering analytical, operational, and administrative assistance across the business. The role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and advance strategic initiatives.

In this position you will compile reports, dashboards, and management materials; monitor workflows; help implement policies; and coordinate projects to ensure timely execution and clear communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, management, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• Some professional experience in administrative analysis, business operations, or project coordination preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discretely.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to leadership and corporate functions, including research, reporting, documentation, and coordination of organizational initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and management materials as required.
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and standardization.
• Support development and maintenance of organizational policies, procedures, and operating practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings to ensure timely completion and effective communication.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to support planning and decision-making.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
