Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a Manager of the Strategy Office to guide strategic initiatives and cross-functional efforts. You will report to the Strategy Office Director and lead analysts to deliver data-driven insights and business recommendations.

You will collaborate with clinical programs, finance, and decision support to prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic goals, supporting organizational growth aligned with ANTHC’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in planning strategic initiatives, business development, or healthcare management.
• Supervisory experience of 1–2 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Progressively responsible work experience may substitute for college education.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Strategy Office team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine goals and ensure alignment with ANTHC’s mission.
• Conduct data-driven analyses on industry trends and forecast volume and utilization.
• Develop pro-forma projections and recommendations for organizational growth.
