Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a strategic leader to head Service Delivery and Experience within HIT. Reporting to the CIO, you will own ITSM, the service desk, end-user and statewide field support, and the enterprise business applications portfolio.

You will elevate these functions from reactive support to proactive, experience-driven service delivery across ANTHC and statewide sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two (2) years of additional qualifying experience beyond the Minimum Experience Qualification may substitute for a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM and service delivery operations across IT functions.
• Oversee service desk, end-user and statewide field support.
• Own desktop and end-user computing environments and asset lifecycles.
• Manage enterprise business applications including collaboration and CRM platforms.
• Develop and report Service Level Goals (SLGs) and metrics.
• Drive continual service improvement using data and user feedback.
• Coordinate vendor agreements and contracting with finance.
