Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a Vice President of Support Services to provide executive leadership for a broad portfolio across the campus and system, enabling safe, reliable, high-quality patient care. You will oversee operations, budgeting, and performance, while collaborating with clinical, administrative, and infrastructure functions to advance organizational priorities.

This senior role requires extensive healthcare management experience and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Ten years of progressive healthcare management experience.
• Experience with Alaska Tribal Health System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Support Services across the campus and system.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, performance measures, and operating results.
• Develop standards, priorities, and leadership capability to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and infrastructure teams to align resources and readiness.
• Represent Support Services on committees and major initiatives and drive operational performance.
