Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks a Manager of the Strategy Office to lead strategic initiatives and drive business development. You will oversee a small team, collaborate with senior leadership, and develop data-driven analyses and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.

Based in Anchorage with a remote work schedule, this role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in planning strategic initiatives, business development, or healthcare management.
• Supervisory experience of 1–2 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Certified in project/change management or Lean Six Sigma would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy Office team in support of ANTHC strategy and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine goals and objectives aligning with the plan.
• Conduct data-driven analyses on industry trends and market dynamics to inform decisions.
• Develop standardized business planning processes and budget forecasting methodologies.
• Manage strategic projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Create pro-forma projections and recommend growth aligned with strategic goals.
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
