Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior strategy professional in the United States with 7–9+ years of experience to oversee multiple strategic workstreams and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• 7–9+ years of total professional experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or similar.
• Proven excellence in problem solving, analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage internal partner expectations and guide executive-level interactions.
• Understanding of big-picture thinking and planning, with ability to guide cross-functional teams.

• Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing internal business partner expectations and relationships
• Support the Senior Director in executing the team’s vision and owning at least one internal program or process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• 7 - 9+ years of total professional experience in functions like corporate strategy, consulting
• Demonstrated excellence in problem solving as well as analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking
• Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes needed for sound decision making
• Knowledge of the importance of the 'big picture' thinking and planning
• Knowledge of techniques, roles and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance
• Understanding of the importance of leveraging external resources when required
• Knowledge of the concepts, key steps and characteristics of executive presence and eminence
