Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior program leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives with strategic oversight and executive alignment. You will guide senior managers, influence priorities across product, channel, and operations, and shepherd governance and operating models to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong communication, judgment, and the ability to lead through ambiguity while building partnerships and shaping strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
