Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at a leading investment bank or top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Strong problem-solving skills with intellectual and analytical rigor
• Ability to structure and manage complex cross-divisional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages across the organization and externally

Responsibilities

• Assess market trends, competitive landscapes and internal competencies across the Firm's businesses
• Analyze growth opportunities across all divisions
• Manage the firms acquisitions and divestitures, including valuation / pro-forma analyses, due diligence coordination, and integration efforts
• Evaluate business implications of and responses to regulatory changes
