Job summary

Morgan Stanley is looking for a strategic professional to join the Firm Strategy and Execution group in New York. You will assess market trends, analyze growth opportunities across divisions, and manage acquisitions and divestitures, coordinating due diligence and integration efforts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience at top-tier banks or strategy consultancies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at a leading investment bank or top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Strong problem-solving skills with analytical rigor.
• Ability to structure and manage complex cross-divisional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assessing market trends, competitive landscapes and internal competencies across the Firm's businesses.
• Analyzing growth opportunities across all divisions.
• Manage the firms acquisitions and divestitures, including assessing strategic fit, conducting valuation / pro-forma analyses, coordinating due diligence, and partaking in integration efforts.
• Evaluating business implications of and responses to regulatory changes.
