Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Understands transaction cycle and execution oriented.
• Excellent communication with senior professionals and clients.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A transactions
• Interact with senior team members and client management teams daily to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
• Lead valuation analyses including DCF, comps, and LBOs
• Define and review financial analyses in M&A contexts or pitch situations
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts
• Participate in graduate recruiting
