Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries in Tampa, FL seeks a Manager, Consumer Finance & Payments to lead strategy, growth, and performance of consumer financing and payment programs across retail and e-commerce.

You will serve as the primary liaison with finance and payment partners, driving initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and broaden payment offerings, while collaborating with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to optimize solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with consumer finance, payment programs, or retail credit.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer finance and payment strategies across Ashley's retail and e-commerce channels.
• Act as business owner for Consumer Finance initiatives across related business and technology projects.
• Partner with IT, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Retail Operations, and Customer Care to launch and optimize financing and payment solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and ongoing performance management.
• Monitor and optimize programs to drive customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and profitability.
• Research and evaluate emerging payment technologies (BNPL, digital wallets, alternative methods) and lead implementation when appropriate.
