Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience, mentoring and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a consumer insights strategy aligned with goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product, marketing, and advertising strategies.
• Build relationships with internal teams, clients and partners to advance consumer insights.
• Provide thought leadership on advertising strategies across media landscape.
• Oversee quantitative and qualitative research, translating findings into insights.
• Craft and present narratives to influence senior leadership and clients.
• Apply retail and industry insights to enhance engagement and sales.
• Develop consumer personas and journeys for media strategy creation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to keep PMG ahead.
