Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor directors, supervising day-to-day work and growth.
• Serve as executive leader for large groups of clients and senior decision-makers.
• Oversee multiple high-profile accounts, drive profitability and growth opportunities.
• Guide cross-channel media plans and align with broader business goals.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen client relationships.
