Job summary

Valley Bank is seeking a Strategy and GTM Program Manager for the Valley Foundry to partner with leadership and drive innovative initiatives from concept to scale.

You will lead cross-functional programs, establish governance, and deliver executive updates on progress, impact, and recommended actions. 5+ years in strategy or program management in large enterprise or fintech environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in program management, strategy, or related roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing high-visibility initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to drive go-to-market strategy and execution of the Foundry's mission.
• Manage the Foundry's portfolio with prioritization, governance, and progress tracking.
• Establish operating rhythms: leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive reporting.
• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through implementation and scale.
• Design governance frameworks and processes enabling accountable innovation.
• Create executive communications and strategic updates on progress and impact.
