Job summary

Valley National Bank seeks a senior leader to drive the Foundry's strategy and execution in New York. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape go-to-market plans, manage the portfolio, and establish governance and reporting rhythms to scale innovations across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional programs from ideation to implementation, designing processes and KPIs to track impact and accelerate adoption by internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive go to market strategy with Valley Foundry stakeholders.
• Manage the Foundry's portfolio including prioritization, governance, resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Establish operating rhythms: leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive reporting.
• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design and optimize processes, governance frameworks, and ways of working for innovation with accountability.
• Create executive communications, presentations, and strategic updates communicating progress, results, and recommendations.
• Champion continuous improvement, change management and organizational readiness for scaling innovative solutions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics to measure outcomes and business impact.
• Facilitate decision-making by identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities and recommending actionable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and senior leaders to drive collaboration and adoption.
