Valley Bank is seeking a Strategy & Marketing Project Manager to work with the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, managing cross-functional projects, and driving growth initiatives with speed and accountability.

You will shape operating rhythms, create executive-ready materials, and promote the use of AI tools to boost productivity and learning across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 3+ years in project management for strategy or marketing in a large org.
• Experience translating strategic agendas into action across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design and interpret dashboards, KPIs, and ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing and transformation priorities into clear plans, timelines, owners and follow-through.
• Coordinate operating rhythm: leadership meetings, reviews, KPI tracking and executive forums.
• Design and manage cross-functional project plans with defined scope, timelines and budgets.
• Anticipate downstream impacts and help teams remove barriers to momentum.
• Create concise narratives and executive decks communicating strategy and impact.
• Champion AI adoption, share best practices and coach teams to learn continuously.
• Drive engagement and culture initiatives through feedback analysis and recognition efforts.
• Maintain project docs, calendars, status reports, decision logs and action trackers.
• Strengthen budget discipline with Marketing and Finance on planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate legal, compliance, records, risk and governance requirements.
