Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Strategic Planning or related work in Business or Healthcare.
• 2 years of consulting experience (internal or external).
• Preferred: 6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry.
• Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise and portfolio of projects.
• Participate in development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Support identifying and resolving complex issues critical to initiative success.
• Help align initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives.
• Develop analytics and processes to support leadership of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
