Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Initiatives leader to drive enterprise-wide strategies and oversee key projects across business units.

The role involves leadership, problem-solving, data analytics, and cross-functional coordination to develop and execute organizational strategies. The incumbent will work on a portfolio of projects, mentoring teams and shaping analytics processes while aligning initiatives with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, or relevant experience.
5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work in Healthcare or equivalent.
2 years of consulting experience (external or internal) or equivalent.
6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery preferred.
Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems.

Responsibilities

Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise.
Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
Support the team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to success.
Support the identification of initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives for alignment.
Help develop standard analytics and processes for leading initiatives.
Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
