Zusammenfassung

Commercial Metals seeks a strategic leader to join its Strategy team in Honolulu. As a Manager reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will own end-to-end work streams to structure problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-driven recommendations.

You will lead analyses on growth opportunities, assess acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, and mentor junior team members while influencing cross‑functional teams across the company.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of full-time experience in investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting.
• Strong problem-solving skills; structure ambiguous problems, bring logic to drive analyses, and synthesize insights.
• High aptitude for financial modeling and Excel, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly, and strong organizational abilities.

• Lead quantitative analyses and modeling to evaluate growth opportunities, including business cases, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments
• Identify potential acquisition targets, joint ventures, and investment opportunities to accelerate strategic objectives
• Conduct comprehensive competitive analyses to influence decision-making, including competitor landscape and customer overlap
• Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to inform decision-making and differentiation
• Partner with business units to drive strategic objectives
• Act as an agent of change to inspire urgency and align stakeholders
• Communicate project insights to leaders with written narratives and presentations
• Build connections with industry players and innovators to stay ahead of developments
• Contribute to improving Strategy processes and developing junior team members
