Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data to develop practical recommendations.
• Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, competitive, and market information to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop short-term and long-term plans.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, segments, products, services, and competition to find revenue and expansion opportunities.
