Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
3–7 years of strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data to develop strategic recommendations.
Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
Support Strategic Planning: Develop short- and long-term plans with leadership.
