Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, or corporate strategy.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with market, competitive, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing objectives, challenges, and data.
Conduct business analysis across financial, operational, customer, and market information.
Support strategic planning with leadership to align plans with goals.
Identify growth opportunities across markets, segments, and products.
Improve operations by assessing processes and proposing efficiencies.
Build structured business cases and financial analyses for initiatives.
Coordinate strategic projects from planning to implementation and tracking.
Monitor KPIs and report progress and impact to leadership.
Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to execute initiatives.
Prepare executive presentations and concise reports for stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategies.
Support organizational change initiatives and technology adoption.
Measure outcomes and adjust strategies based on performance.
