Job summary

BRG is seeking an entry-level Associate to join our consulting practice in the United States. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and executives to help organizations solve strategic, operational, financial, and organizational challenges.

From day one you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven solutions, build presentations and models, and gain exposure to multiple industries while developing the skills that define successful consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, healthcare informatics, engineering, environmental science or related field (GPA 3.5+ desirable).
• 0-2 years of work experience, including internships.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with MS SQL Server, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, or Teradata highly desirable.
• Ability to perform complex research accurately and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and structured thinking.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to present findings clearly.
• Adaptability and initiative to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, operational, financial, and organizational analyses to support board and executive decision-making.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop board- and executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and other client deliverables.
• Support strategic planning, operational improvement, organizational transformation, and business process optimization initiatives.
• Build financial models, business cases, and implementation roadmaps that support client recommendations.
• Perform industry, competitive, and market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
