Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Graduate degree is a plus.
• 7+ years in strategy, operations, or product management in tech.
• Experience presenting to C-level execs and boards.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analytics and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Help shape corporate strategy and operationalize it across the company.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to drive execution and alignment.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and track KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Growth, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Prepare for board engagement and investor updates.
