Job summary

Hayden AI seeks a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and executive team, translating strategy into executable plans across Product, Growth, Engineering, Operations, Government Affairs, and Finance. You will drive cross-functional alignment, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely execution as the company scales.

You will analyze market dynamics, support board and investor preparations, and become the go-to source for strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; graduate degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or product management in tech.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and Boards of Directors.
• Demonstrated ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual strategy process and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Own ELT meeting cadence, agenda setting, pre-reads, and follow-up tracking.
• Support CEO and executive leadership with board and investor preparation.
• Bridge gaps across Product, Growth, Engineering, Operations, Government Affairs, and Finance.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate operational data to drive action.
