Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; 7+ years in strategy consulting, ops, or product mgmt
• Experience presenting to C-level execs and Boards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience applying AI tools to data analytics, reporting, and productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead annual strategy process and translate priorities into actionable plans
• Gather operational data and monitor metrics across departments
• Support Finance MO Re via real-time metrics and goal-setting
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Product, Growth, Engineering, Operations, Government Affairs, and Finance
• Own ELT meeting cadence, and structure leadership rhythms (weekly staff meetings, quarterly offsites)
• Prepare for strategic reviews, Board meetings, and other key engagements
• Take on ambiguous cross-functional special projects
