Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• 7+ years of strategy consulting, business operations, or product management in tech.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and Boards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience applying AI tools to data analytics and reporting.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• High discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape and operationalize corporate strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and analyze dynamics to inform decisions.
• Pull data from multiple sources to support insights and recommendations.
• Lead the annual strategy process and cross-functional alignment across departments.
• Own the ELT meeting cadence and executive rhythms.
• Prepare for board engagements with insights and recommendations.
• Act as connective tissue across functions to ensure alignment.
