Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Specialist, Strategy Management Operations to join the Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration (GKMDC) team. You will leverage digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies—including AI—to transform how Clinical Sciences collaborates and executes work.

In this role, you will design and govern digital solutions, manage SharePoint sites, and partner with enterprise teams to drive adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement across AbbVie’s knowledge

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in knowledge management, digital collaboration, operations, IT, business process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).
• Experience with SharePoint, including site design, content management, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies in a continuously evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or workflow technologies.

Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation, AI & Technology Enablement: Support adoption of AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration: Design, implement, govern knowledge management and collaboration solutions; maintain SharePoint sites and digital workspaces.
• Enterprise Partnership & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver scalable digital solutions and promote consistent ways of working across Clinical Sciences and the enterprise.
• Business Consulting & Change Enablement: Translate business needs into practical digital solutions and advise teams on tool usage.
• Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and digital experiences; adapt in a dynamic environment.
