Job summary

Ascension Milwaukee seeks a Strategic Planning Analyst to lead market intelligence, assess opportunities and support the Wisconsin market strategic plan. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop insights and drive informed decisions that align with organizational goals.

You will work with the CSO, ELT and facility leaders to shape ambulatory strategy, service line development and capital project planning, optimizing system performance and enhancing patient experiences across Ascension

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics/market scanning experience.
• Experience informing strategic plans and capital projects.
• Ability to analyze care delivery and system optimization.

• Strategic Intelligence & Market Scanning: Serve as the primary resource for general analytics. You will conduct periodic market-level scans and assessments to inform the Wisconsin market's Strategic Plan, identifying emerging trends, competitor moves, and growth opportunities.
• Long-Term Strategic Planning: Develop the essential analytical inputs for our long-term strategic plan. Your work will directly influence ambulatory strategies, service line development, and high-stakes capital project business plans.
• System Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify gaps, variations, and duplications of services. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clinically integrated system of care operates at peak efficiency and provides seamless patient experiences.
• Subject Matter Expert: This role will collaborate with the CSO, ELT, and other facility & medical group senior leaders to develop, articulate, and support market level initiatives.
• Strategic Advisor: Serve as a thought partner to Ascension Wisconsin leaders across multiple disciplines (Medical Group, Facility, Service Line, etc.).

Education

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
