Job summary

You will contribute to M&A activity, strategic investments, and the development of new organic initiatives, aligning with the firm's social and sustainability agendas.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Investment Banking, corporate development or similar experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills, with a high level of Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidence and ability to interact effectively with senior firm leadership.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in the financial services industry.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, and to review and synthesize information and form independent judgements.
• Ability to think through and solve critical financial and strategic challenges, as well as perform macroeconomic forecasting and individual stock analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic M&A and divestments through all phases of the deal lifecycle (target identification, due diligence, M&A modeling, deal management).
• Negotiate and execute strategic investments in the fintech and financial services eco-system.
• Develop and execute business plans for new and existing strategic organic initiatives for the firm.
