Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consulting professional to support human capital and workforce transformation initiatives in the Washington, DC area. Travel up to 10% and ability to obtain Public Trust are required for onboarding with Guidehouse.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and delivering concise briefings to senior leaders while managing multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience leading strategic workforce transformation efforts and directing the work of a team.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships.

What You Will Do:

• Supporting the assessment of human capital/workforce practices and strategies and designing accompanying implementations plans
• Supporting the development of stakeholder engagement approaches and initiatives
• Analyzing human capital data and gleaning insights regarding trends and opportunities
• Assisting in the development of metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of workforce transformation efforts
• Assisting in preparation of and leading internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings
• Supporting multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products Supporting the preparation of a wide range of briefing materials and concise summaries of assessments, evaluations, and plans communicate program status and progress to senior leaders

What You Will Need:

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelor’s degree and at least FIVE (5) or more years of relevant experience leading strategic workforce transformation efforts and directing the work of a team, with at least THREE (3) or more years of management consulting experience in workforce transformation.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
