Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to analyze workforce transformation data, conduct current state assessments, and help design future state recommendations for the DHS Office of CHCO. You will contribute to briefings, client presentations, and communications materials while supporting comprehensive plans to implement program goals and keep resources on track.

What You Will Do

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will analyze workforce transformation data and analytics, conduct current state assessments, and help design future state recommendations to evolve the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Chief Human Capital Officer’s workforce support. The Consultant will provide input on assessment findings and recommendations to enhance workforce support throughout DHS. The Consultant will help Create compelling briefings and presentations to present findings to clients and Create communications materials supporting stakeholder interviews and analyses. Supporting the development of reports and presentations summarizing the outputs of quantitative and qualitative assessments and analyses and Preparing for internal and external stakeholder discussions. Executing project tasks/outputs under the direction of a Lead and Supporting the development comprehensive plans to implement program goals, meet requirements, and keep resources on track.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree THREE (3) or more years of experience in strategy, workforce transformation, and/or process improvement, including THREE (3) years of management consulting experience.

What We Offer

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
