Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
• 4 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL).

Responsibilities

• Own global go-to-market strategy and operations workstreams end-to-end by defining root problems, building data-backed options and trade-offs, and driving cross-functional execution through launch and impact measurement.
• Evolve YouTube's creator service models and frontline partner workflows across managed partnerships, scaled partner development, and on-demand support to improve creator growth, frontline productivity, and partner satisfaction.
• Build and roll out frontline partner planning, goal-setting workflows, and accountability frameworks across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, driving operational governance and global adoption.
• Own ambiguous initiatives from quantitative sizing and pilot baselines through concise 1-pagers, executive leadership trade-off alignment, global launch execution, and post-launch impact measurement.
