Job summary

You will manage partner issues, provide data-driven insights, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize partner growth on the YouTube platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform via email and video communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to enable partners to maximize their performance on the platform.
• Serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product.
• Work with assigned Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Engineers on account deep-dives, business reviews, and sharing insights for partner growth.
• Utilize key metrics to assess data and generate actionable insights.
