Job summary

North Highland Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant in Management Consulting to help transform visions into measurable outcomes within our Strategic Program Management practice. You will lead small teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality client solutions.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, ongoing business development, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established, collaborative team with on-site work and some travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of technologies including applications and databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, VersionOne, Aha!).
• Experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Proven track record interfacing with senior-level client executives.

Responsibilities

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE

• 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products(i.e.Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Version One,Aha!,etc.).
• Proven success delivering projects inAgile/Scrumand Waterfall environments.
• The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
• An ability to authenticallyestablishcredibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
• A demonstratedtrack recordof successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior levelexecutivesand the community at large.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
• ProjectManagement Certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
