Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Boulder, CO seeks a Studio Manager to deliver a world-class in-studio experience. You will own day-to-day studio operations, lead the teaching team and Studio Coordinators, and partner with sales to generate membership growth while upholding a premium, clean, and safe environment.

You will teach at least 4 classes per week, work 40+ hours including one weekend day, and train staff to meet performance metrics (membership, attendance, retention, NPS).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required.

Job description

• Deliver a world-class CorePower Yoga experience
• Lead the operations of a yoga studio
• Coach and inspire the CorePower classroom experience
• Create a premium, clean, and safe in-studio yoga experience
• Train and lead yoga teachers and Studio Experience Team members
• Act as a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga
• Own day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators
• Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff
• Meet performance targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS
• Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members
• Stabilize and grow studio revenue, profitability, and culture where applicable
• Work primarily in-studio for at least 40 hours per week, serve as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day
• Teach at least 4 classes per week in multiple formats
• Communicate and enforce CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols
• Partner with analytics to optimize studio schedules based on student attendance and preferences

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
• Facilitation and training experience required
• 200HR certified preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Availability for 5-6 days and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
• Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
• Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to step in to teach any class format sometimes with little to no notice.
