Job summary

Milestone, the value-creation platform of Bansk Group, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics to lead development and implementation of portfolio value creation modules across consumer brands. You will partner with executive leadership to build repeatable frameworks, tools, and processes that enable portfolio companies to drive revenue growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with data to support business decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Framework Development: Build and refine strategy, revenue growth, and value creation modules with templates and tooling.
• Business Analysis & Insight Support: Synthesize data into clear business insights and assess opportunities and risks.
• Project & Engagement Support: Support strategy engagements with research, data organization, and material preparation.
• Monitoring & Governance Support: Establish monitoring and reporting structures for progress against priorities.
• Capability Building & Innovation: Develop scalable data and AI-enabled capabilities to improve decision-making.
