Job summary

Purpose Brands, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development to partner with the executive team on enterprise-wide initiatives and growth plans as the company scales toward multi-billion revenue.

The role focuses on strategic initiatives, market analysis, and M&A activity, requiring strong financial modeling, PowerPoint and Excel skills, and proven ability to drive cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking/private equity.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience building Excel models and completing structured analyses.
• Experience developing and executing long-term corporate strategies within a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives/special projects that align with the company’s financial and operational goals.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, operations to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Establish frameworks, timelines, and metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and projects.
• Present strategic recommendations and deal proposals to the board and executives for approval.
• Synthesize information from various sources and provide data-driven recommendations to the executive team.
