Job summary

CesiumAstro Inc. is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support senior leadership in corporate strategy including M&A ideation, analysis and execution, capital raises, and market analysis for international growth.

You will work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, applying data-driven insights. This role is in-person at our west Austin, Texas headquarters and offers stock options along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business, or Math.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data-driven approach to high-priority projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in strategy development from inception to execution.
• Contribute to M&A ideation, analysis, and execution.
• Assist in capital raise transactions and other strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.
• Operate in-person at the west Austin, TX headquarters.
