Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business, or Math. MBA degree strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to balance multiple complex workstreams in parallel.
• Ability to bring a measured, data-driven approach to high-priority projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with CesiumAstro’s leadership to achieve strategic goals across the high-growth business.
• Assist in all stages of strategy development, from inception through execution and closure.
• Serve as a resource to the leadership team on various operational and strategic matters.
• Collaborate in a highly collaborative but independent environment.
• Operate at the intersection of multiple disciplines and adapt in a fast-paced setting with varied experiences.
• This opportunity is in-person at our west Austin, Texas headquarters.
