Job summary

The Adecco Group in Westlake, TX is seeking a Recruiter to source candidates for temporary and direct hire roles across diverse client accounts. You will manage ATS workflows, build candidate pipelines, and nurture client relationships while delivering exceptional service and sales-driven recruitment outcomes.

Candidates should have 1+ year staffing experience, familiarity with major job boards, and strong communication skills to support growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting experience in staffing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with major job boards including LinkedIn, Indeed and ZipRecruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire roles.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and build client relationships.
• Produce and deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
• Assist with new business development and sales techniques.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS and monitor selection processes.
• Coordinate recruiting events and manage local recruiting relationships.
