Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Staff Officer to support DoD influence, deception, and perception management programs in Washington, DC. You will help develop strategies, coordinate governance, and produce high-level briefings for Congress and senior officials.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 10 years in policy development or analysis within DoD. You will engage with diverse stakeholders to align efforts with national security priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of policy development or policy analysis experience in DoD.
• Extensive experience in influence, deception, perception management and related defense or intelligence fields.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and manage complex, sensitive programs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promulgate strategies for DoD influence, deception and perception management operations, activities and investments.
• Assist leadership in oversight and governance, including staff assistance visits and compliance inspections.
• Develop and coordinate staff packages with time-sensitive requirements for leadership.
• Produce reports and briefings detailing related operations for Congress and senior officials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align influence, deception, and perception management with DoD and IC objectives.
