Job summary

Core4ce is seeking an Influence and Perception Management Strategist to support planning, coordination, oversight, and governance of DoD influence, deception, and perception management activities. The role involves leadership briefings, policy alignment, and cross‑agency collaboration in sensitive mission areas.

Requirements include US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree, and 10+ years in policy development within DoD.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of policy development or policy analysis within the DoD.
• Extensive experience in influence, deception, perception management.
• Experience briefing senior government officials.
• Experience supporting special operations, counterterrorism, or irregular warfare preferred.
• Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high‑stakes requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promulgate strategies for DoD influence, deception, and perception management operations.
• Assist leadership in oversight and governance for related operations and investments.
• Develop staff packages with time-sensitive requirements for leadership.
• Produce reports and briefings for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies within DoD and Intelligence Community goals.
