Job summary

Arlo Solutions in the Washington, DC area seeks an Influence, Deception, and Perception Management Activities Staff Officer SME Level IV to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)) SASP.

The position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, along with a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years in policy development or policy analysis within the DoW or related fields.

Qualifications

• Must have policy development experience and analysis work.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promulgate strategies and plans for influence, deception, and perception management operations, activities, and investments.
• Assist leadership with oversight and governance, including staff visits and compliance inspections.
• Develop and coordinate staff packages with time-sensitive requirements for leadership oversight.
• Produce and disseminate reports and briefings for Congress and Senior Executive Branch officials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align influence, deception, and perception management with DoW and IC objectives.
