Job summary

MassMutual seeks a Workstream Lead to drive strategic execution across portfolio initiatives within SP&D. You will partner with ELT sponsors, coach initiative owners, and ensure disciplined governance, delivering measurable value through data-driven decisions.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate insights with clarity while influencing senior leaders and maintaining alignment with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years leading teams or delivering cross-functional solutions.
• Ability to present to senior leaders with clear storytelling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Ideation: apply human-centered design to uncover core business challenges.
• Coaching: guide initiative owners through planning, governance, and execution.
• Analytics/Reporting: monitor portfolio health and identify key risks.
• Value Creation: identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Oversight: track milestones and KPIs to mitigate value slippage.
• Collaboration: align with sponsors and leaders across functions.
